I am a current first year animation student at Capilano University.
After a career in graphic design left me wanting more I decided to pursue my desire to become a better artist.
I am interested in storyboard, layout, and visual development. My goal is to take the culmination of my education at Capilano and make a small 2-3 minute animation to enter into film festivals. I'd also like to make comics and art to sell at conventions, and through these efforts gain recognition.
I am inspired by the cartoon modern look of the 50's, Maurice Noble, Earl Oliver Hurst, J.C. Layendecker, and Erich Sokol.
